NerdLine Sports ("we", "us") publishes sports-projection videos on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, and runs this website, nerdlinesports.com. This policy explains what data we handle and why. Questions: [email protected].

This website

• No accounts, sign-ups, forms, comments, advertising, or analytics tools.
• No cookies are set by us.
• The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
• If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and we don't share them.

Our publishing tool and the platform APIs

We use a private software tool, run on our own computer, to publish our own videos to our own accounts and to read the performance statistics of our own posts. It is used only by the NerdLine Sports operator. It isn't offered to the public, and it doesn't access anyone else's account.

The tool uses these official services:

• YouTube API Services: to upload and schedule our videos and to read analytics for our channel. By using YouTube features through our tool, the account owner is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• TikTok Content Posting API and Login Kit: to upload our videos to our TikTok account and read our account's basic profile information.
• Instagram API (Meta): to publish Reels to our Instagram account and read their insights.
• X API: to publish posts and images to our X account and read their public metrics.

What data the tool accesses

• Basic profile information for our own accounts (account ID, display name, handle), used to confirm the correct account is connected.
• Upload and publishing permissions for our own accounts, used only to post videos, images, captions, and schedules we have reviewed and approved.
• Performance statistics for our own posts (for example views, watch time, likes, followers gained), used to produce a private weekly report about what content works.
• Authorization tokens issued by each platform, used to make these requests.

How it's stored and shared

• Tokens and statistics are stored only on the operator's own computer, outside of any cloud sync, and are not uploaded to our website or any other server.
• We don't sell, rent, or share this data with anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.
• We don't collect data about viewers of our videos beyond the aggregate statistics each platform reports to account owners.
• The tool doesn't use cookies or store information on anyone else's device.

Retention and deletion

• Authorization tokens are kept until access is revoked or the tool is disconnected, then deleted.
• Post statistics are kept for as long as they're useful for our reporting, and deleted on request.

Revoking access

Access granted to the tool can be revoked at any time from each platform:

• Google / YouTube: Google security settings: third-party access
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites
• X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps

Children

Our content and this website are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the effective date above.
