These terms cover your use of nerdlinesports.com and the content NerdLine Sports ("we", "us") publishes on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, and elsewhere. By using the site or our content, you agree to these terms. Questions: [email protected].

Analysis and entertainment, not betting advice

• Our content presents projections from statistical models and compares them with publicly reported market lines. It is not betting, financial, or investment advice, and it's not a recommendation to place any wager.
• Projections are estimates and are often wrong. A difference between our model and the market is an observation, not evidence of an advantage. Our own testing has not shown a reliable betting edge.
• We don't accept bets, link to sportsbooks, offer promo codes, or receive payment from gambling operators.
• If you choose to gamble, that's your decision and your responsibility. Follow the laws where you live. If gambling is causing you problems, help is available, for example by calling or texting 1-800-GAMBLER in the U.S.

Accuracy

We work to get data right, but projections, lines, schedules, and results may contain errors or be out of date by the time you see them. Content is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.

No affiliation

NerdLine Sports is independent. We aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any league, conference, team, player, or sportsbook. Team and league names are used only to identify the games we analyze, and they belong to their owners.

Our content

Our videos, graphics, scripts, and website content are owned by NerdLine Sports. You're welcome to share links to our posts and to quote small parts with credit. Please don't re-upload our videos or present our work as your own.

Platforms

When you watch our content on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or X, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply, for example the YouTube Terms of Service. Our publishing tool, described in our Privacy Policy, is used only by us to post to our own accounts. It's not offered to the public.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, NerdLine Sports is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of our website or content, including any losses from decisions you make based on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or our content will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the update.
